At AshPark, we pride ourselves in our staff team and ensure they have the relevant qualifications and training before Caring for your child. All staff have a variety of childcare relevant qualifications from Degrees, NNEB and NVQ's. Alongside additional training, both statutory and non-statutory; for example, First Aid Training, Safeguarding. All staff also have an enhanced DBS clearance before working in our setting, these are also checked regularly to ensure they are still suitable for working with children.
